Golden Promise is a Golden IPA

Golden Promise malt is used as a starting point to produce this fantastic Golden IPA.

We have also used a small amount of Caramalt which should offer a slight hint of Caramel to the finished beer.

We have opted to use the US Willamette hop, which was released in 1976 from the USDA breeding programme.

Willamette is a triploid seedling from the English Fuggle hop.

For many years, Willamette was the most widely grown aroma hop variety in the US and named after Oregan’s Willamette river which runs through the heart of the state’s hop growing region.

The aroma profile of Willamette is floral, incense and elderberry.

Willemette is an ideal hop for the following beer styles – Brown Ale, Lager, Pale Ale, Stout and Porters.

But we are Copper Fox Brewery so we use it in an IPA.

We believe that the Golden Promise malt and Willamette hop combination work well together and gives a nice crisp, clean and refreshing beer especially when chilled.

The perfect beer to enjoyed chilled  on a warm summers day.

Golden Promise our Golden IPA is a hefty 8% ABV.

Golden Promise is currently only available in 330ml bottles.
