To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as opened items or broken items cannot be returned. Any damaged caused to items during transit should be photographed, the photograph along with a receipt or proof of purchase should be sent to [email protected] within 3 working days of delivery to allow us to process any refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we instruct you to do so.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet first check your bank account again.
Then contact your Bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund shows in your account.

Unfortunately, sale items are not covered by this policy and the only items that will be eligible for a refund are regular priced items.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, will determine how long it will take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you.
If you are shipping fragile items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) so any proof of shipping will be required to allow us to process any lost returns, please retain this until the return has been processed.
