DELIVERY TIMES
Copper Fox Brewery Ltd aims to deliver orders within 48 working hours (excludes weekend delivery).
In the event that we are out of stock of a particular item, we will call and agree the best options to allow us to send to you as soon as possible.
Copper Fox Brewery Ltd accepts no liability for non-next working day delivery and will not under any circumstance compensate for said non delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- Copper Fox Brewery Ltd, offer a free delivery service to AB32 and AB54 post codes.
- Delivery charges to Aberdeen(shire) is a flat rate of £8 this includes packaging.
- For deliveries to the remainder of the UK, Copper Fox Brewery Ltd use Parcel2Go and the charge is calculated on the size and weight of the package.
- Additional charges apply for shipping to the Channel Isles or Scottish Isles, Ireland & Scottish borders, or preferential / international shipping.
For the Channel Isles, Scottish Isles, Ireland, Preferential/International shipping 0-4Kg = £10, 5-9Kg =£15, Over 10kg please contact us for a quote.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If the packaging appears to be damaged on receipt, this must be noted with the courier during delivery and notified to Copper Fox Brewery Ltd immediately.
Copper Fox Brewery Ltd may replace such damaged items as necessary after discussion and confirmation.
You are advised to take a photo of the damage as soon as possible after delivery to back up your claim.
When goods are signed for by the purchaser or appointed receiver (who must be over 18 years of age), the customer inherits the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address specified when the order was placed.
Copper Fox Brewery Ltd accepts no liability for non-delivery, late delivery, or the cost of resending
goods that have been delivered correctly to an incorrectly specified delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
